Villa by the Mägdebrunnen

The Villa am Mägdebrunnen is a truly unique and charming vacation home located right in the heart of Stralsund’s Old Town.
The villa is situated in a quiet spot by the Mägdebrunnen fountain in the Old Town, near City Hall. Its central location offers plenty of opportunities to explore the city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen.
The villa reopened in September 2023 following a complete renovation.
Our accommodation is perfect for families, groups of friends, and business meetings. The villa, of course, has Wi-Fi.
Outside, there is a table and a bench.
On the ground floor, there is a separate kitchen, a separate dining room, and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
On the first floor, there are 3 separate bedrooms with 3 double beds and a second bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, there is a large living room with 1 sofa bed, a loft with another double bed, and a small bathroom.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is situated at the heart of the region, nestled between the scenically stunning island of Rügen, the wild and romantic Fischland/Darss peninsula, and the island of Usedom, home to the imperial spas. Stralsund itself, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers a wealth of historical sights, ecclesiastical and secular buildings in the Brick Gothic style, the charm of a maritime and trading city, and the Ozeaneum, a maritime museum unique in Germany.
