Spend your getaway aboard the new MeerZeit houseboat, which is moored peacefully on the Strelasund—with an unobstructed view of the picturesque islands of Rügen and Hiddensee.
Your floating home offers: two cozy bedrooms, a stylishly furnished living/dining room, a modern kitchenette with full amenities, a shower room and a separate toilet, Wi-Fi, TV, CD player/radio with USB port and Bluetooth, a stand-up paddleboard, a covered terrace downstairs, and a spacious sun deck upstairs with unobstructed panoramic views, as well as a seating lounge and two sun loungers.
Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price. You can either bring your own or conveniently rent them for an additional fee at the nearby Hotel Rügenblick.
Thanks to the high-quality amenities and the lovingly designed interior, your every need will be met. Start your day with breakfast on the sun deck and end it with a spectacular sunset.

For cooler days, the houseboat is equipped with a winter package that includes heating—perfect for a relaxing New Year’s celebration on the water.
Sustainable relaxation: Only products of natural origin are used for cleaning and amenities—100% biodegradable. This also applies to all onboard supplies such as toilet paper, soap, dish soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
The houseboat is firmly anchored and, weighing up to 15 tons, sits quite steadily on the water. High water is not uncommon on the Baltic Sea and is caused by storms. Under no circumstances should the mooring lines (ropes & fenders) on board be loosened or altered. This should always be left to qualified personnel. There is also a risk of serious injury. If in doubt, always contact the local management.
The houseboat is connected to the harbor’s drinking water supply and is equipped with a standard 220 V power supply, which is generally very stable. There are very good electric heaters on board.
It is prohibited to jump off the houseboat, swim in the harbor basin, or fish. A fire extinguisher is on board.

Stralsund’s Old Town and the city beach are located about 2 km from the houseboat. Following the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, which runs right past the marina, you can reach the historic heart of this wonderful Hanseatic city on foot, by bike, or by scooter. There, you’ll find its sights, diverse dining options, and many recreational activities, such as the harbor area where the Gorch Fock I is moored and the Ozeaneum.
The nearby islands of Rügen and Hiddensee offer further, almost limitless excursion possibilities.
