The vacation apartment on Brunnenaue is located in a very quiet area in Stralsund’s best neighborhood and is surrounded by plenty of greenery.

Shopping options (supermarket) and a bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the city center (market). The apartment is located on the first floor of a fully renovated apartment building and consists of a large living area with an open kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink.

The property is a townhouse built in 1905 that was completely renovated in 2020. The building has a ground floor and two upper floors. During the renovation, great emphasis was placed on using natural and unique building materials.

The house includes a large garden with a playground for the children staying in the vacation apartment, as well as an area for dining and barbecuing.
