The vacation home is situated in a very quiet area, surrounded by lush greenery. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Stralsund’s historic old town.
Shopping options (supermarket) and a bus stop are just a 2-minute walk away.
The ground floor features the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet. The upper floor houses the two bedrooms (with walk-in closets) and the spacious living room.
The vacation rental includes a free parking space on the property.
The entire property consists of a vacation apartment in a separate section of the house.
Pets are welcome in the vacation home. Please note that a fee applies per pet per night.
