A Vacation in Paradise!
Prosnitz is nestled in the distinctive natural landscape of the island of Rügen, right on the Bodden—an inlet of the Baltic Sea—offering a unique natural spectacle.
As one of the island’s last unspoiled and pristine regions, it’s considered an insider’s tip even among locals.
The bungalow is idyllically situated amidst forests, meadows, and water, offering the perfect opportunity to truly relax and enjoy your vacation!
The accommodation is designed for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and two small children. As listed in the amenities, basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) are provided, but towels and bed linens are not included. You must bring these yourself.
The property has its own access to the Bodden, which can also be used with canoes, small boats, or similar. Of course, it’s also perfect for simply relaxing by the water and enjoying the peace and quiet.
Our bungalows are located right in the forest and offer you an idyllic setting surrounded by nature. However, there is an increased risk of forest fires, especially during the summer months and during prolonged dry spells. We therefore ask you to exercise special caution and adhere to the following rules:
-No open fires: Open fires of any kind are strictly prohibited on the entire property. This applies to fire pits, campfires, torches, and similar sources of fire.
-Electric grills only: For safety reasons, the grills provided are electric only. Please do not use charcoal or gas grills.
-Smoke responsibly: Please dispose of cigarette butts only in the designated ashtrays and never in the woods or on the ground.

Just a short walk away is the natural harbor of Gustow, where you can rent boats for fishing or sailing trips. Not far from there is a small sandy beach, perfect for cooling off or relaxing. A bike rental shop is located nearby.
Another great destination for a day trip by bike or car is the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, with its World Heritage Site and the Ozeaneum.
