Our modern and tastefully furnished, ground-floor vacation apartment is located in a quiet area at the entrance to Poseritz, in a bungalow complex that was completely renovated in 2021.
This high-quality, non-smoking apartment with a separate entrance and underfloor heating is approximately 53 m² in size and features a large living room (sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio) with an open kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x walk-through room with wardrobe and bunk bed—max. weight limit on upper level 70 kg!), a large bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, electric heater), and a furnished terrace.
A high chair and a crib can be provided upon request.
Additionally, a parking space, a grill, a bike storage room, rental bikes, a shared washing machine, and general Wi-Fi are available.
The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels.
Pets are allowed up to a height of 40 cm.

Poseritz is a village set in a rural landscape in the southern part of the island of Rügen, easily accessible via the impressive Rügen Bridge. The village, which has retained a certain sense of authenticity and tranquility, is home to an inn and a farm shop known throughout the region for its natural dairy products.
The nearest beach is just 5 kilometers away, ideal for a refreshing day at the Bodden. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and biking, allowing you to explore Rügen’s beautiful landscape. The nearest supermarket is in Garz, about 6 km away.
The region is easy to explore by bike; a popular bike path toward Bergen runs right along the edge of town.
Fishing opportunities can be found in Strelasund, about 7 km away. The long sandy beaches around Binz are a half-hour drive away.
The Hanseatic city of Stralsund, with its shopping, restaurants, and many attractions—such as the Oceaneum, the Maritime Museum, the Hansedom Water Park, and the zoo—is also only about 15 km away.
